THE CONCEPT OF THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX FROM AVG

AVG conceptual architects faced the task of creating a comfortable space for living in a modern city. The extensive marketing strategy, reflected in the brand book, became the starting point for the development of the concept of a residential complex, in which it was necessary to enter the commercial area, as well as to create comfortable conditions for recreation of its residents.

Designing the complex on a complex relief, the architects took care of the necessary functional areas. Inconvenient from the point of view of landscape platforms became additional places for commerce. Parking, commercial area, playgrounds for children and adults have formed a cozy and relaxed living environment.

The original play space for children and teenagers is organized near the retaining walls, equipped with climbing simulators. The complex also has a place for bike paths and walking areas.

The stylobate part also has playgrounds for themed recreation, such as barbecue areas, gazebos, yoga places. If desired, residents can spend leisure time in the courtyard. There is a viewing platform for contemplating the panorama of the Dnieper.

The facades are decorated in a modern style, using natural materials - German gray brick and travertine. Playgrounds, benches, arboretums and other elements of landscaping became color accents of the complex.

The commercial part is well integrated into the philosophy of the project. ZhK "Visioner" is designed for people who value inner comfort and have their own view of the world. The highlight of the residential complex was its versatility and implementation in a compact space.
